There's just something about those faces....

Welcome to Wild Apple Llamas. We are located on the sunny east side of the beautiful Bitterroot Valley, famous for its scenic beauty, world class fishing and access to pristine wilderness areas. Like so many llama lovers, we stumbled across these magical creatures while looking for something to munch down our pastures. We met our first heavy-wooled, fine-fibered llamas at the Western Montana Fair, and we were hooked. That was the start of Wild Apple Llamas. It's been two years since then, and have seen the birth of our first crias this year. Our wonderful crimpy-wooled male ""White Bird's Gingerbred Man"", who took Reserve Champion male at his first show last year, is finally coming of age, and we've collected a showy group of North American and South American girls with strong confirmations and scrumptious fiber. We are also adding a colorful full Bolivian male to our breeding program to join Gingerbred and his companion NLLC Cheyenne Rust, who is a very large, correct medium-wooled male guaranteed to pass size, strength and grace to his offspring. Our animals have consistently done well in the show ring. We spend a lot of time with our llamas, resulting in gentle, personable creatures who are a joy to be around. Please call or e-mail us if you would like more information on our llamas, or would like to arrange a visit. Our door and pastures are always open!
